"The most relaxing part of my stay’ the staff was very informative and helpful. After the massage they brought me tea and I was able to relax by the fireplace. Looking forward to returning with my family."

"We found bedbugs in our bed, we went to the front desk to talk about the situation and they did not offer any type of solution, they said the hotel was full and nothing they could do, only remove the bed sheets. Under the bed were dry leaves, mold and dirt, they haven’t clean under it for days or weeks. The shades were full of mold and moisture, awful experience, do not recommend this property."

"Hotel súper céntrico, tiene parqueo a 4 cuadras (pero ellos te llevan y traen tu carro), buen desayuno y en general es muy bonito."

"En soi, c’était correct, mais disons que la chambre qu’on a reçue était plus que minuscule, avec la toilette directement à côté de la tête du lit. Pour une personne seule, c’est formidable, mais pour un couple, j’espère que vous êtes proches et sans gêne! De plus, côté bruit, nous étions près du restaurant, donc c’était assez bruyant. Heureusement, la musique arrête avant la nuit. Pour une seule nuit, c’est correct, mais pas pour un séjour."

"Stayed in the “newer” area. Room was spacious and comfortable. There are many peacocks that roam around the property and are noisy, including during the night. "

"Excellente ubicacion del hotel y desde su terraza puedes observar las erupciones del Volcan de Fuego. El staff excelente , muy amables y atentos, nos ayudaron en todo momento. Ademas nos ayudaron agendar nuestro transporte hacia otros lugares turisticos. Se ofrecieron a cuidar de nuestro equipaje (aun cuando ya habia terminado la reservacion) mientras recorriamos otros lugares y asi evitamos llevarlo todo. Por supuesto que me hospedare ahi en mi proximo regreso!"
