We were sent to our room and the cleaner was in there. It was difficult to get permission to go the 40th floor, staff a little unattentive on reception. Female staff member in downstairs bar showed no personality or interest in being there. The shower in the room was also a bit odd.

O quarto é bom , teve um ótimo conforto , O hotel tem alguns problemas , atendimento é fraco , café da fraco , academia e piscina são péssimos é melhor colocar que não tem , do que oferecer aquilo. A região é boa , ao lado de um shopping center.

3 complaints: had to wait well past 3:00 pm to check in; scheduled a wake-up call but they never called; and room was cold even with radiator turn on max. On the plus side: rooms very nice, location good. And breakfast excellent.
