Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. Spectacular location, comfortable stay
"This hotel is located in a spectacular location overlooking Toubkal. The accommodations were lovely as well-comfortable bed, colorfully decorated, quiet. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was good too. Short walk into Imlil."

"صاحب الدار رفض دخولنا انا ومرافقتي رغم اني دفعت المبلغ لموقع هوتيلز لمدة تلاتة ايام وقمت بشكواه للشرطة ولم يرجع لي مادفعته وقال خد حقك من موقع هوتيلز فهو نصاب كبير"
