"Our stay at Lotte Arai Resort was nothing short of magical — truly a winter wonderland experience from start to finish. One of the standout conveniences was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. It made arrival and departure completely seamless and stress-free, especially when travelling with winter gear. From the moment we stepped onto the shuttle, everything felt easy and well-organised. We opted for the full board package, and it was absolutely worth it. The variety and quality of food across all meals were fantastic, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. With direct access to snow activities, everything is right at your doorstep. No long commutes, no hassle — just step outside and you’re instantly immersed in the alpine experience. "Well located just across the road from the station. Helpful staff, nice rooftop Onsen was very welcome after a long day travelling. Loved the free soba noodle dinner and ice creams after the onsen!"

"Amenity choices are wide. The frontdesk staff is super polite and efficient. The location and parking area is closed to main train station which is very convenient. The parking fee is ¥800 which is even lower than some smaller city. Good deal!"

"The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well.
