"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Art Hotel. Our double room was spacious enough for two people and impeccably clean. The view from our room was amazing and especially beautiful at night. The hotel itself is luxurious. The lobby is beautifully decorated. It was also very convenient as the hotel was near so many stores and restaurants and Solaniwa Onsen. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Loved the location as It was very close to the train and easy to get around from. Close to shopping arcade with lots of places to eat. Nice rooms and good breakfast. We had access to the club lounge, which was nice. Would have been nicer though, if they had had more variety, as it was the same snacks every day. Only the soup of the day changed and twice, they ran out of the bread."

"The staff at the lobby was amazing! There were plenty of them to help us check in two rooms for 6 family members and 13 pieces of luggage! The onsite restaurants were a bonus especially traveling with elderly parents and a large group. Thomas, one of the bell staff, was very helpful in directing us to the correct trains for a day trip to Kyoto and shopping Osaka! Also, housekeeping was super-fast at responding to our requests! We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka!"
