"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Service könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. regelmässig prüfen ob noch Toilettenpapier im SPA noch vorhanden ist. Grössere Abstellkammer um die Koffern sicher zu lagern und nicht einfach im Gang unbeaufsichtig abstellen. Bauarbeiten nicht um 6 Uhr morgens starten, wenn das Hotel voller Gäste ist, sondern ausserhalb der Saison planen etc."

"Great location and comfortable stay The location of 115 The Strand Hotel is fantastic, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were kept clean, which was a positive. However, we did have some issues with the air conditioning, including a leak, and there were signs of damp and mould, which was disappointing. If natural daylight is important to you, I’d recommend booking a balcony room which is lovely but we also had one of the standard rooms it had no natural light at all, just a concrete...

"I’ve just returned from a week-long stay and, overall, we had a lovely time. The hotel is very modern, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. We spent many days up there and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good; there wasn’t a huge amount of choice, but we always found something we liked. There were, however, a few things that could have been better. "Fantastisk ophold med service på flere niveauer. Rent og pænt, køleskab og få møblement trænger til nyt men virker. Lækker morgenbuffet med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. PAS kiloene som flyver på. Ventilation kunne måske godt være lavere påværelserne, det var centralt styret og ca. 24-25 grader inde. Alle som alle medarbejdere var hjælpsomme og smilende. "We were there 3 nights, the room was big enough, cleaned and we had fresh towels everyday. The pool on the roof and bar was awesome. We got to drink nice bottle of rose! Everything was good just missing hair dryer in the room but if you ask at the front desk they have some."
