The grounds are beautifully designed and maintained. Our only problem was the coffee maker had to be replaced because it didn’t work, and no instant coffee was provided. I did miss my timely first cup prior to getting dressed. Overall, it was a lovely experience. "

"Well, having travelled extensively for the past 13 years, this Hotel must be the coldest I have ever stayed in. It was December, but there was no heating on in the lobby area or the dining area so everyone had to wear coats or thick jumpers while eating their meals. The showers were not particularly hot either. The room temperature could only go up to 19 Degrees so by the time I left it finally felt warm enough. Don't think I will stay here again... Not in the winter anyhow.."

"Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! "
