"The jacuzzi tub in the room was dirty and jets blew out algae. The jacuzzi in pool area had hair and was broken, cold water. The fron desk lady was talking bad about the others and we had to go to another hotel to use spa. It was all disappointing and misleading. Wouldn't recommend staying here. "

However if you’re going to run a contactless business you should find a better route to conflict resolution than calling your guests and accusing them of smoking pot in your rooms. I was headed to dinner for Valentines Day when someone called, representing the hotel, and said a strong smell of marijuanna was reported coming from my room. "The room was clean. Breakfast was not the greatest. The hotel was older but clean, including the parking lot. Staff was great."

"Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant."

"We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not...

"The front desk clerk greeted us warmly and was helpful. Check in was quick. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. For a motel we were surprised how quiet it was. No noise from traffic or other rooms. No blow dryer which was not an issue just something to note. Bring your own. Breakfast was pastries, bagels, make your own waffle, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Oatmeal packets. Enough to get the day started. If we needed to stay in Athens again we would stay here again. "
