Ainsi qu’à moins de 10 minutes d’une multitude de restaurants mêmes si l’hôtel dispose de son propre restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est généreux . Les chambres sont propres . Le personnel est au petit soin agréable et réactif . Petit plus la piscine couverte"

Pour nous faire patienter on nous propose une colation...ma femme choisi de l'eau pétillante, on lui apporte une carafe d'eau. On nous donne une chambre ou la clim ne peut pas se régler, ou la douche est défectueuse. on entendait tout y compris les ébats amoureux d'un couple. Bien entendu pas de dédommagement. "Just a very weird place, the spa was disgusting. There was a really weird vibe between staff and people at this hotel. Wouldn’t stay again."

"Super good location 30 mins walk from Mont Saint Michel. Room was large and very clean, and front desk staff was very helpful. A couple of observations: 1) we couldn’t adjust the heat, so asked the front desk about it and they said they (the front desk) would adjust it and asked what temperature we wanted. They made the heat work for us and that temp stayed the same for the duration of our 2-day stay. 2) A kettle and 2 tea bags along with two paper cups were in the room. My husband and I drank...

"Everything is fine at the Brit Transat St Malo; except when the manager forbids the staff to serve you an evening meal because they have German tourists buses. It is frustrating as it is so convenient and good when you have been driving for 2 hours to reach StMalo.They serve dinner on other occasions, except when German tourist take precedent on returning customers. The manageress doesn’t seem to want to correct this nor accept it is poor customer relation Was told to book half board next time...

"We got an upgrade and we got to stay in the Grand Suite. Beautiful and spacious room. Unfortunately the night we stayed seems like the aircon vent was not working probably and was making a lot of noise! One other thing I did not like was the shower water pressure, very non existent. Im very grateful for the upgrade but it would have been an amazing stay without these issues! Staff were friedly and accommodating. "
