We booked this last minute and, given the price, I wasn’t expecting much—but I was genuinely surprised at how great our stay turned out to be. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the very good WiFi included in the price was a big bonus. The onsite restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also have to mention the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We chose this property because it had family rooms and ample parking for our vehicle while we hiked the Coastal Path for a few days. However, we felt that we were staying in a college dorm, with a dance party next door. Also, it's a mile up a steep hill from the quay. The staff were very helpful with logistics and sorting out a snafu with our left luggage. It all worked out, so I give it three stars.

very clean & tidy apartment, mattresses comfortable but disappointed with very flat pillows & only one each & NO toiletries or soaps of any sort, only half a toilet roll also. Staff helpful with a problem though. Bar & soft play is great. Didn’t have time to use the swimming pool but looked good. Didn’t end up eating there either cause we were too late. They don’t serve breakfast, which found odd. No entertainment in the may half term either.

This place doesn’t look like photos on website at all, everything really old and cheap bathroom also need doing for the fact bed was uncleaned wen we complained, at reception they said they will come and short out,but no one turned up so we have to chase them again. As a family we have traveled a lot never experienced that bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know.

The room was dirty full of flies, spiders and cobwebs. The tv remote had not batteries, the lights had no light bulbs, the dressing table mirror was broken and just placed on the table, the shower had its own mind temperature kept going from hot/cold although setting was set to hot. I request an iron and board on arrival and after staying 4. Nights never actual got this & also requested bath towels again request not completed and to top it off I found cannabis in one of the drawers in the room my children were staying in so the didn’t unpack their clothes and used it out of the luggage. The freezer compartment was full/blocked of ice so we couldn’t really use this to store any food we bought that required freezing it was an awful stay and experience. I won’t be going back there. I also took pictures of everything mentioned as evidence.

Lovely place to stay

We never even got to check in. We checked in online before 6p. We arrived at 7:10p, (after 6pm) and they did not have record of our checkin time. The way that they do their "LATE" checkin is that they pass it off to the owner of a local resturaunt and they handle it. They were not notified and had no record of our time, very confusing. We left after waiting an hour to go find a different place to stay. We would like to be refunded since we never were even given a room to stay.
