O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ bem servido, porĆ©m nos foi passado que abriria as 7h da manhĆ£, mas sĆ³ aconteceu as 7:30h. Achei um pouco tarde. Os funcionĆ”rios foram bem educados e solicitos, porĆ©m Achei que tinha poucos funcionĆ”rios para limpeza e no cafĆ© da manhĆ£. Deu a impressĆ£o que que o hotel nĆ£o se preparou para a demanda. Ressalto que nada estragou a estadia. Foi satisfatĆ³rio. Mas a estrutura do hotel Ć© muito boa!

Fizemoso o check in e nos colocaram um quarto que estava com o chao sujo e a cortjna embolorada depois, fomos para psicina e ja era anoitecer e fomos dar banho nas crianƧas(3) e para nossa supresa nao timha agua no chuveiro falei como atendente da recepcao e o mesmo disse que iria resolver, ele ligou a bomba da caixa d agua e disse que teriamos de esperar por 20 min para enxer a caixa, as criancas estava molhadas e com frio pedi outro o quarto e o mesmo disse que nao tinha disponivel, levamos as crianƧas para tomar banho no quarto do meu sogro, ao passar os 20 min nada resolvido e novamente mais um bom tempo ate que o atendente fosse ao nosso quarto, quando entao ele "constatou" o problema e milagrossamentr encontrou outro quarto, onde nem nos ajudou a levar o berco do hotel para o outro quarto, o novo quarto pelo menos estava limpo e o chuveiro funcionava, mas s cortina novamente embolorada e faltando varias peƧas o que fazia com que o quarto ficasse iluminado a noite. Percebemos que falta uma boa administraĆ§Ć£o e funcionĆ”rios pois varias vezes notamos que havia somente 1 funcionĆ”rio no hotel. Sem falar do estacionamento de baixo que tinha diversas aranhas Foi pĆ©ssima nossa estadia, experiĆŖncia horrivel
