Surpresa desagradável ao entrar no quarto

Quarto em condições precárias de conservação, inclusive com cheiro de mofo e paredes e instalações envelhecidas. Cama confortável, um dos poucos pontos positivos. Recepção não tinha água mineral para vender e o frigobar estava vazio. Pelas fotos do portal de reserva não dá pra perceber as instalações precárias dos quartos.

Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, ar condicionado sujo q não se a tela de tanta sujeira , elevador sujo , corredores parecia q um bom tempo não via uma vassoura , algumas luzes dos corredores queimadas , café da manhã um horror , cozinha suja , as mesas para tomar café sujas de poeiras , desisti de tomar café, peguei minha família e fui embora sinceramente acho q éramos os únicos hóspedes , garagem escura, suja , a água que saia da torneira do banheiro saía marrom , façam uma avaliação melhor antes de apresentar um local daqueles para os clientes, não recomendo em hipótese nenhuma
