Families definitely stay at this hotel - the pool was crowded each night and was not too big (it also had no real shallow end where my 5-yr-old could stand). But overall the stay was good, the room large, and the breakfast a good mix of hot (waffles, eggs, sausage) along with toast, bagels, cereals, and fruit."

"Front desk experience felt rushed. The hotel had a large convention group with lots of kids and teens. Could not use any of the amenities. Noise on the floors and rooms every night and morning blasting music. Teens going up and down the elevators overcrowding and stopping every floor. , bathroom light kept flashing, shower door crackling. Had to complain twice about the noise. "

"My husband and I were looking for a nice staycation. Their online reviews said this was the perfect hotel for couples when we arrived we found the hotel was UNDER RENOVATION. The HOTEL looked very dated and old. The windows were very dirty/ dingy. There looked to be what was liquid garbage from the garbage truck in the driveway walking up to the hotel. I was afraid to park my car in the parking lot. It had potholes and gravel all over. The staff was friendly enough and apologetic for the conditions. The floors had not been vacuumed. There was random trash throughout the vestibule areas. I questioned the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi and the surrounding tile floors. We put our luggage back in the car and drove home, tired and disappointed."
