"The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The elevator to the 3rd floor made very loud disturbing sounds when approaching the 3rd floor. Unsettling. Parts of the breakfast were inedible. The scrambled eggs were disgusting. The biscuits hard and cold. The bagels were hard and soggy. You need more seating in the breakfast area."

"Outside and parking lot was ran down. Lobby was clean and nice. Room was clean. But no hand soap provided, lotion, and body soap in shower was empty. Breakfast was below average. Staff was fine, but definitely understaffed. Overall, a decent stay. But for over a $200 stay you could expect more. "
