"Great Location, but a Very Inconsistent Experience
The location is definitely one of the biggest positives of this property. Unfortunately, there are quite a few downsides.
The air conditioning is poor, and having only two pool daybeds for a property accommodating potentially 600–1,000 guests is simply ridiculous.
The security system is also unnecessarily complicated, with different access codes required for almost every door. On top of that, visitors are strictly prohibited, with absolutely...

"Disgusting. Despite giving them the booking reference ID, the confirmation and the paid receipt, they claimed we had no booking. After almost an hour trying to get them to resolve it, we left to get another hotel.
Contacted Expedia in real time - equally worthless. Promised to get a refund. None has happened."

9.0 dari 10, Istimewa, (22 ulasan)
"Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...
