Pros: parking is easy and free. Property is Very clean as are the rooms, and they are very large for hotel rooms. There is a coffee maker and an inadequate refrigerator but no microwave. Restaurants had little wait times and food was good but pricy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: cigarette smell! One night someone called for evacuation of the hotel on the emergency speakers saying there was a fire in the building. We evacuated down stairs from the 3rd floor. It was a “mistake” and the staff thought it was funny. At 10 pm. I stood outside with a robe on waiting for a fire truck, which of course didn’t come. Finally I walked back in the front door and was told it was a mistake. I wasn’t laughing. Property is very remotely located. You are a captive audience. The pool is nice, albeit small, but there is never anyone in it and it is heated. The focus here is gambling with really no other options there or in the area. We saw a show which was excellent, but the venue really was Not. Small, close uncomfortable chairs to watch a 2 hr performance. People constantly getting up and climbing over you (literally) to get another drink. We had beer spilled on us as a drunk woman clambered her way out of our row to go get more beer. No apology just oops. For these reasons we will not return. There are many comfortable venues closer to us with lots more to do than just gamble. That said, the place was almost always full of people. Some love it!

Unfortunately because of transportation issue we could not make it to the hotel and didn’t have advance notice in order to cancel. Hotel charged my card anyway and ignored several written requests for refund. No courtesy for any type of response they simply ignored us completely! No professionalism used at all, just a greedy attitude.

The first floor room was very well appointed and quiet. Valet parking was somewhat of a chore, as there was rarely an attendant.

Made a mistake booked this property while on vacation, instead of tampa property, no transfer of reservation was offered, wasted over 3 hours on phone, to get told no refund we follow policy, i even had expedia call, cause thats what they told me, to no avail never book there again, was a repeat customer, girlfriend lives in s florida

Great time was had . Easy check in , gorgeous room . Casino was great and music in the lounge was awesome . Staff were all so friendly and courteous from check in to security , cleaning staff and bartenders.

The staff there were all so great and helpful with parking ,helping right away with my luggage and help getting my husband up to our room. It was a great getaway to relax and of course have fun. Casino breakfast the best !

We came into town to visit family and they put us up in this wonderful hotel. Close to where they live very convenient and we were just taken by how comfortable everything was. The littlest of details were looked after even including the large wonderful showerhead.

Wonderful getaway.
Friendly staff, excellent sanitation and security. Room and beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was loud music in next room after midnight.
