"This historic landmark inn is huge. The rooms have high ceilings and antique features with comfortable beds and amenities. If modern is what you need, then this is not your place. It is historic and beautiful and awesome staff. There is so much to marvel over in this Inn. There is a lovely café on site in the rear lobby that has delicious coffees and bagels."

"You're very well taken care of! Quiet a surprise I haven't stayed at a Best Western in many years. I chose this location because of its proximity to Russell Sage college and all the restaurants and shops in the area and I feel like I made the right decision. Thanks to the staff and the community for making our stay so memorable"

"We loved the exterior and interior of the hotel. I enjoyed the social nights Monday-Wednesday during my stay. My only issue, however, was that the bed we slept in the first night was extremely uncomfortable, but the staff was very nice and moved us to a different room. There were no other issues. I would definitely stay at the Staybridge in Albany the next time I visit."

She was patient and helped us as we were in a crunch, leaving the Albany hotel, which was a horrible stay and definitely needed somewhere to stay for the last four or five days while we were in New York, kudos to her! please give that young lady some praises."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We were in the area for the weekend for DMB's shows at SPAC- 30 min drive. Tina (owner/ host) was exceptional. She was extremely communicative. The property was clean and held its historic charm. Breakfast was fantastic and made to order. We felt safe with the security system in place. Off street parking provided. Tina was lovely and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable about the city of Troy and its history. This will be our new go to when we are in the...
