"Stayed here for 4 nights during Christmas week. Room and halls were clean and quiet. There was a snowstorm one overnight (7") but the parking lot was plowed repeatedly and my car (a small SUV) was not stuck in its parking spot. Front desk personnel were personable and friendly. I only had breakfast one morning and it was the standard hotel fare at this $ range: very basic but kept clean. As I have family in the area, I will definitely book again. "

"The bathroom was dirty with grime in the bathtub. I couldn't bring myself to take a shower. The room had a terrible smell like a fragrance to cover up smoking scent. The room was dusty and it looked like someone spilled liquids on the wall by the nightstands. The hallways were dingy and had a bad smell."

"They charge a $100 security deposit that is initially added to the cleared credit card charge and then refunded a day or two later. Causes unnecessary uncertainty. Otherwise standard motel vibe and airport convenient. "

"Room originally didn’t have enough heat right before a snowstorm and the front desk switched our room and helped us move our belongings. She was kind and very helpful. Just the rule of too much stuff being brought in the room was something I wasn’t used to. We are relocating from another state so we did have luggage and it was 3 of us. Other than that and the bed was pretty hard. Overall decent space. "

"Staff were extremely kind and courteous. Libby area was very updated and clean. They allowed me to grab breakfast early before heading to the airport which was nice. Close to airport. However, the rooms do need some updating. The bedsheets were clearly not washed as I found multiple hairs and stains. The bathroom also didn’t seem clean either with hair and stains in the tub and sink. "
