"Place offers great value for a clean comfortable hotel with a convenient location to I-87. Only negative is the key cards to the room were not working and I kept having to have it re-programmed."

"Convenient location to Saratoga Springs. Hotel was relatively clean. Toilet handle needs attention as it was sticking. We left behind a nook and contacted the hotel twice with no response. Our Visa payment will be withheld until this property returns the nook to us."

"It was a decent room, fairly clean. I wasn't expecting a 4 star experience from a budget hotel. There were a few things that could have been better though. The breakfast was nice, but to say that options were limited would be an understatement. The only real negative was average at best water pressure and temperature. The room was clean, but it looked like it could use a thorough deep clean. Furniture was well used but still functional."

"This place is falling apart. I would never stay at it again. The only advantage, it is near to the airport and it provides an airport shuttle. The internet is not working and there is no hot water in the bathtub."

"I got bit by bedbugs while staying there for the night. I had to go to the hospital to get treatment."

"Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."

"I didn’t expect much for the price but this place is the stuff of nightmares. The furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. This on looked like it was retired from decades in a teenagers room, then set on fire. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the white paint was smeared with filth all over. "No es un hotel con buenas atenciones,durante nuestra estancia no hicieron limpieza,no llevaron toallas,ni nada de aseo personal. Hotel en condiciones deprorables,nada que ver con las fotos."

"I’ve stayed here prior to this visit which was why I chose to go back. I was very disappointed this stay. My mini fridge was hot and the ac worked for the first day then it was blowing hot air. It’s says no smoking yet the hallway smells like an old ashtray."
