"Room was clean. Staff was great. Didn’t stay for breakfast because we had other plans but we passed by on way out and it looked really good and people seemed to be enjoying it."

"The staff and the amenities were great; however, my partner encountered a dead, large roach in the hallway upon arrival. My partner has personal experience/childhood trauma related to roaches and was freaking out, understandably so. The GM at the Hilton emailed me and sincerely apologized, but did not offer any reparations, and neither did Expedia (booked package); each holding the other accountable. I wasn't looking for cash or a complete refund, but I think a one night stay offer should have...

"Hotel was nice. Parents who would rather drink than monitor their 12-16 your old kids ruined the trip. Having a kid bang on our room door scaring and waking up my children is not ideal. Older kids running around in the halls and the room above is made sleeping difficult. Staff didn’t seem to care. "

"From some angles the hotel looked nice. From others it was covering up old worn room furniture, a "continental breakfast" that was a stand in the lobby that was not wiped up, and dirty carpets and mirrored surfaces. The Seven restaurant could stand on its own and the food and staff were great there. I think the hotel has potential but it felt like a lack of effort was the vibe this time."

"I arrived later and there was confusion regarding my parking at the facility but that was clarified and a good price established. The hallway smelled of smoke that I believe is historical and impeded in the hallway carpeting despite clear attempts to upgrade. The new shower was ill installed making turning of the water a true impossibility. The staff and owner were most eager to help in any way. They even took be to the airport before time which was greatly appreciated and the bed super...

"I only needed one night, I'm tight on funds, but I won't go back there. It was bare to nothing. I am grateful for the room, because I needed it. But not my recommendation. Pretty sketchy area."

"Clean room. Personnel friendly, very helpful. Only 'issue,' for lack of better word: each time we sat down on the bed, or lifted ourselves off the bed, there was a 'metal sound' emanating from the metal bed frame/platform. A little disturbing."

"This hotel was very terrible. I literally felt very unsafe to stay there. It needs to be condemned. The room was very dirty. No smoke detector, a piece of joint on floor, and the door had holes in it. The door jam looked like it had been kicked in many of times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SLEEP HERE. The employee at front desk tried to put us in another room but we declined and went to another place."
