Los Bungalows is an older building but has been well-maintained and updated. The room was comfortable and communication with the "remote desk" was exceptional. There was parking and we were even allowed to park ahead of our check-in so we did not have to find street parking while exploring the local area. There are several places to eat within walking distance, the beach is just across the street and the area is very quiet and safe.

We had such a wonderful stay! The bungalow was beautiful, comfortable, and such a great place for our little getaway. Everything was exactly what we needed, and we really enjoyed being able to come back and relax after being out exploring all day. The space was cozy, welcoming, and made our trip feel even more special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for having us ♥️

The beach view was amazing. We weren't aware the beach water is contaminated. Wanted to make the best of it but we planned on the Microwave in the room that was missing and there was no attempt to get us one after several complaints. Also the TV didn't work the first day and a half of our stay. No contact staff just leaves us at their mercy to respond if they want to.

The shower leaks? Toilet is about 2 inches off the ground. No early check-in. No late checkout we were only asking for 15 minutes ocean, which is not their fault is closed. No empathy from staff but location is great if the ocean is open.

Loved the stay here great location the kids really liked it walking distance from beach pizza restaurants felt very safe talking to the neighbors they said it was a great area try the pizza

It was clean and quaint. The property was quiet. I wish the air worked and I did tell them that. They also need to add mirrors and a bigger shower. The shower curtain kept clinging onto me . Over all I would come again. They have definitely done alot to beautify the property.

When I checked in, the room had not been properly cleaned and the air conditioning was not working. The hotel did address the cleanliness issue very well the next day, but on the first night I had to stay in the dirty room because there were no other rooms available. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was never fixed during my two-night stay. They did refund me for the first night and genuinely tried to help as much as they could, which I appreciated. I really liked the location. The hotel is very close to the ocean, and everything you need is nearby. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming during my stay because of sewage contamination coming from Mexico, so we were not allowed to go into the water. Overall, despite the issues with the room and the air conditioning, I thought it was a nice and pleasant hotel with a great location.

Love the location and the access is so easy. Maintenance/housekeeping staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nice hot showers. My only complaint is that the bed in room number 104 is terrible. It sway so low when you lay in it, your body sinks into a hole in the middle of the mattress, very difficult on our backs. It appears that is from long and continuous use. We had to flip around and sleep with our feet at the headboard and our head of the foot of the bed to get a little bit more support from the mattress for our shoulders. Very uncomfortable.

We didn't have a beach view, because we chose to stay at the lower level. We enjoy staying here it's close to the beach, access to many local restaurant or a nice stroll on the pier. Plus they are pet friendly!

The property is conveniently located in central IB. And while other rooms looked like they would be comfortable our room was located across from where the garbage is dumped and the washer and dryer. I messaged the property manager right away and sent photos of the overflowing garbage. I asked to be moved to another room. They said that was not possible. They did say they would give me a 10% refund on my stay. They never honored this. This level of garbage certainly attracts rats. Who wants this right outside their door? I gave them feedback that this particular room should not be rented out as a guest room because of the garbage and noise from the washer and dryer running.
