"The room was looking a bit tired . Some dirt marks a the walls and some scratches and chips on the furniture. The bed was very firm and we found it uncomfortable. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. Black mould around the bath handles and on some of the grout and on areas of the ceiling. Orange mould around the bottom of the door. I am astounded how it has stayed in this condition, the dirt and mould would have built up over time."

The location is excellent and the rooms comfortable and clean. Staff were generally great - polite and professional. Exception to this were the bar staff, who did not seem particularly interested in serving. Valet parking service was excellent albeit at £35. Having visited Cambridge on many occasions,...

"Hotel was very easy to get to with plenty of parking, lovely furniture and decor all around. To the rear of property was a small lake with Fish which you could feed if asked reception for food for them. Room was really clean and very good as it had both bath with shower and a seperate shower. Large tv and comfy beds. Pool was slightly smaller than i expected but nice and warm. Changing rooms needed someone to regularly attend and clean especially as bins were always full. Restaurant was very...
