"First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus for me because I’m traveling with a 7 month old puppy. I would highly recommend staying here!!"

"Really lovely villas and large pools. Could do with slightly more foliage in between villa terraces for added privacy and the cleaner should sweep when changing towels etc..other than that the owners were extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. "Sea view split level suite was excellent. Very clean and the best views. Slight smell from drainage but didn't spoil the holiday. Hotel staff were amazing. Helpful and friendly. The restaurant was run separately so could not charge meals to room. Other restaurants nearby. Would recommend Cabo. Lovely views, food and staff. However, breakfast was included so no probs there. Enjoyed the varied buffet breakfast. Pool is small and on the roadside so noisy at times. Small beach area for the hotel but we had a lovely patio outside the room. 20 minute walk into the Old Town along a very busy, noisy main road. "

"The lounge offered a very culturally diverse breakfast bar or you could order from the breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. The staff was out of their way helpful, and they are able to help with booking a car or other excursions on the island of Crete. They responded to all of our requests with grace, kindness and over the top accommodation. It is just outside of Chania city so quieter with big city comforts."

"Amazing! Literally amazing all around! The hotel is new and modern. Very upscale and well designed. Great location. Not really on a white sandy beach, but the swimming area is great. Room was very large and well designed. Huge bathroom with spacious shower and a tub. Included breakfast was amazing - one of the best we ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful and well trained. Everyone had a smile and super accommodating. Minor issue was addressed quickly and with class. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at and definitely the best hotel on Crete. Management at the hotel is doing a great job! We cannot be happier! Thank you!"
