"We had to be move 3 times. The sink was stopped up, toilet would not flush, the pool was green, no tissue paper in room and house keeping didn’t clean the room. Breakfast was only cold boil eggs and oatmeal. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"GREAT staff. Super kind, helpful and accommodating with a request for early breakfast items for my daughter who had a very early powerlifting meet. Pool looked nice. Room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. We ended up here for 2 days of our 3 day stay after an extremely bad situation at a different hotel. I wish we could have stayed the whole time but they were booked our last night. We had to be in Kenner for our event but I will stay here if I am ever in NOLA again."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I should have known when I walked in and there were no fewer that 3 signs that said NO REFUNDS. The parking lot was FULL of trash. We were there exactly 10 minutes. The room was FILTHY. I spilled water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up and the towel was brown. The floor has not been swept. The lampshades had stains. The bedspreads were filthy/stained. The fan that was blowing at the pillows of the bed was dusty/dirty and gross and the cord of that fan was covered in mold. There was a giant power board/extension cord by the bed as well that was filthy. I complained to the front desk and the front desk called someone regarding a refund. Surprisingly our refund was approved-and then I was told that we would have to pay for a full night because my daughter took a 5 minute shower. (She jumped in the shower as soon as we arrived because we had been driving for 2 days and had an event when we hit town.) I asked for confirmation of the refund and was told their “word was gold” but that would have to secure my refund through Hotels.com. I spent 4 hours over 2 days trying to get this refund because each time Hotels.com trod to co tact the hotel to approve the refund the manager was unavailable. While waiting for the management to be called I began researching this hotel on other sites and learned that the mold/filth issues are common as are difficulties with management. FWIW-the woman at the front desk was pleasant/helpful. Housekeeping called us liars."

"The hotel was fine. A little dated and not my style but we were just there for a night. The A/C in our room was not working-the front desk moved us and the second room was better but still very humid in the rooms. Beds were squishy. Hotel housekeeping is *absolutely* not what is used to be. We found a full sized bath towel under the bed in room one and the personal coffee pot still had pods in it. Floors had not been swept well. We selected for location and were super last minute so this worked."

"Early flight - no breakfast. Reasonable long term parking rates, but no airport shuttle."
