Villa Sassa
Excellent breakfast choices and responsive staff. I lost my phone and the staff helped me communicate with someone who found it. The room had a magnificent view. We had dinner in the ristorante and the meal was creative and delicious. The staff are friendly and shared interesting information.

The whole stay was wonderful. Exceeded expectations in every way. Food was amazing quality & reasonably priced. Breakfast had everything you need and so fresh. Swiss Hotel Apartments - Lugano
Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Aquazzurra Resort & Aparthotel
Wir hatten ein kleines Appartement mit einer tollen Sicht auf die Stadt, von morgens bis später Nachmittag immer Sonne auf dem Balkon. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder berücksichtigen.

GuestHouse Lugano University
Location was good. The bed was unfortunately so uncomfortable, we both woke up with bad backs. Would say it needs a new mattress. No tv or air-conditioning so did get hot in the room.
