"The ladies working on the evening shift were so welcoming and nice. The hotel has a very comfortable, bright & peaceful lobby. (I studies there for about 4 hours.) Coffee and tea available in the breakfast room. Rooms were clean and bedding was like that of a more expensive hotel."

The covered parking was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful especially evening the desk person Alexis. She was fun to talk to, informative friendly and super helpful. When I come back to Salem I will definitely stay at The Shiloh Inn again."
