"We stayed with Morgan+Annette for 3 days. Their garden area is beautifully maintained and landscaped, the rooms are clean and what a great place the sit for your breakfast, or afternoon wine at the water's edge. Port Vila centre is not far away stand by the side of the road wait for the bus 150Vatu to get into town. Thank you for your hospitality guys"

"Staff amazing"

"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."

"A quick overnight stay in town for our early flight out next day. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The queen bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels have stains on them. The curtains just about to fall apart. Some furniture has dusts on them. The only nice place is probably the small swimming pool. The traffic is quite noisy to late at night being on the main road. We wouldn’t again."

"Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....

"Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. "Last minute stay required due to flight cancellations. Resort was extremely accommodating. Cafe meals were superb and reasonably priced. Housekeeping staff, in particular Margaret, were wonderful. Overall would highly recommend."
