"A lovely hotel in the center of old city. But if you like sleeping this may not be the place for you. Hotel is surrounded by nightclubs on all sides which don’t close until 4 am (music is often so loud you can feel it). And at 6:30 am the bells begin every 15 minutes. Tremendous hotel, staff and location if you can sleep through a rock concert!"

Only complaint is we had an inside room with no exterior window. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so wasn't a huge deal. However, for what we paid it would have been nice to see outside. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. "I had a wonderful experience! I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff. Marian She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.
