"La verdad esperaba más del hotel , no estaba muy limpia la habitación ni las zonas comunes, pienso que hace falta un administrador, no había hielo , se nos bloqueó la puerta nunca nos ayudaron , las camas olían a sudor , la carpeta en general olía muy mal , no me gustó"

"Carpet dirty. Dog feces on carpet on 4th floor outside of rooms left there for 1.5 days. Entry to Hyatt difficult. Minimal signage. Spills on floor in and out of elevator left unattended for 4-6 hours. Staff hard to understand…poor bilingual skills. Entry doors off of street not functioning, broken ..."
