"pathetic maintenance. Looks like they dont care and the management doesnt seem to bother. following were unacceptable conditions in the room. 1. The kettle was missing the spout and when i tried to pour hot water into the cup it spilled all over. 2. the hair blower was burnt out (i guess) as it was not working. 3.
