"The stay was worse than terrible. We would have left immediately but finding a new place during Maha Kumbh was tough, we left after one night. Tent was built on sewage and garbage. The management and owner were extremely disrespectful. We have been asking for a refund for two months now, hotels.com is protecting this unethical place. Nothing was as advertised! The owner lacked basic etiquette on top of unhygienic conditions which the place was setup in. Unclean and thus full of mosquitoes,...

"Absolutely unacceptable – avoid this place at all costs This stay was a complete disaster and honestly felt like a scam. "This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."
