"Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent"

"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast."

" Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel all around. Quiet & safe. Plenty to do within walking distance. Great full breakfast., and a DD across the street. Spotless rooms & very clean property. Super friendly staff. Their toiletries are fabulous. No need to pack your shampoos. The breakfast area has comfortable seating you can enjoy. We ate at the tables bringing in togo food., rather than eating in our room. Although the rooms are spacious. Multiple cozy areas outside with sofas & electric firepits. Needless to...
