"Good clean hotel at a great location. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. However, the rooms are old and those which face the interior of the hotel, get zero natural light. Tub was slippery, had no anti slip mat/coating- if you are old, you may want to avoid a room with a bathtub here. They also refuse to let Uber eats/doordash/ outside food in. That’s a bummer. All things considered, it’s a good hotel but the stay can be a lot more pleasant if they fix a few things."

"The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. "Incapable management and zero intellect in service across areas. The property has not been well acquainted by the staff and they are unable to help with small aspects. The service is way below standard and the communication between staff makes everything confusing. Definitely not a place to stay if you want to enjoy Juhu, also a very terrible experience of hospitality!"
