Downside was an open pool which was not usable in summer. Pleasant surprise was the high tea that was included in package, which served awesome snacks and drinks"

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"I had half day wait for the flight back to Europe ,so I decided to stay closer possible to the airport. Very nice and clean hotel. The service at the reception is great as well as the fitness center with all the last techno gym equipment. Great pool outside with available services. BUT….What I have really really appreciated is the Italian restaurant inside the resort and the Italian chef Jacopo who makes myself feel like at home with his amazing menu… grazie Jacopo 😊… excellent service also at...

"Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink. Staff can't do enough, really helpful. Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all. Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass."
