"We booked 2 rooms both the rooms were unclean and ac were not working for both of the rooms we couldnt sleep the whole night and on the other hand the fridge in our room was also broken

"The check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room and hotel was clean and modern with good facilities. The breakfast options were varied and suitable for all tastes. The hotel is by the main road into Amritsar. It was easy to get transport to go into town and see the sights of the Holy City."
