"The whole building was a charm! Bedroom looked fabulous and bed was cozy. My only complaint was the shower, it didn’t drain properly and ended up showering in a puddle but after I hit put and advised the front desk they were super quick to send an maintenance guy ti fix it, my sister was able to shower with no problemas next morning so that makes me happy! Great customer service."

"Overall the stay was great! I had several family members also book here and they enjoyed the stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants… even in walking distance of in and out which was nice. The first day breakfast was not that great which was a Tuesday but when the weekend came about breakfast so so good! I’m not sure if it had to do with their cooks. They have a variety of options like bagels, cereal, oatmeal , and of course your core breakfast items like eggs , bacon, pancakes, tater tots. My mother in law had a not so great experience with a front desk worker late at night as she wanted peace and quiet away from the kids and was asked to leave the area and ask if she was homeless although my mother in laws key card was on the table. Once reported to a manager of some sort he apologize profusely and even gave her a free “Starbucks” coffee. Which we were appreciative of. Other than that great stay!"

"I brought my fiance here for his birthday. We stayed in the King Spa Suite it was absolutely amazing we didn't even leave the room but to get some food for the first night. Definitely worth the extra money the jacuzzi's home was perfect. The casino itself was clean and nice we enjoy it all aspects of the hotel the buffet was probably the best buffet we have ever been to. As well as we enjoy the pool in the hot tub the last time we were there. We will definitely stay here again we absolutely loved it!"

"Staff and everyone were friendly. Only thing I can note is that it’d nice if it were mentioned that use of the valet to park onsite is required. Parking is already $50+ a day, so it’d be nice to have self service to avoid additional costs to tip the valet driver. Not a huge deal, but just a small thing to note. Otherwise, the stay was fine."
