"Hello, We had reserved a specific suite, but upon arrival the manager informed us that it was unfortunately not available. Instead, we were offered a different suite with what was described as a better view (our original booking had a street view, and the new one was supposed to be an upgrade). We agreed to the change. However, the replacement suite turned out to be quite noisy at night. It was located near the rooftop area, and despite some distance, the mechanical equipment on the roof created significant noise that made it difficult to rest. This was disappointing, especially since we were expecting an upgraded experience."

"Property needs some revival. Resort fee is a joke. Expect things to be loud, a lot of big groups. Mattress of the bed I had needs to be replaced. The property is located in a great place."
