Upon checking in the first staff that assisted us was not pleasant, with attitude insisting that i booked rooms according to their vacancy i wasnt aware that I booked the king beds and smoking room thats why she gave me 2 rooms king beds smoking but I beg her to change it because We are coughing already and smoking rooms were unappropriate but shes not very accommodating. I thought they were after customer's satisfaction It was a blessing in disguise that my card was decline need to deposit cash first when we came back another staff filipino young lady assisted us this time she was able to change the booking we were so glad by rooms she put us in 2 rooms 1 king 1 2 queen beds and with a beautiful view and non smoking. The room is very clean and well organized

It was alright, just another casino hotel. Room wasn’t the cleanest as the bathroom door had some stains on it that were pretty gross. But honestly, I had to remind myself I was in a casino AND hotel. Check in host spoke really fast and you could tell he just was getting us checked in and onto the next person. Needed more towels and called rooms service but not answer, left a message and never heard back. We had to ask staff in the hallway for more towels. I’d say the best part of our stay was the gentleman who helped us bring our luggage down stairs and loaded it into the car. He was AWESOME!! Friendly, kind, genuine and conversational! I really appreciate him! I wish I remembered his name! He deserves 5 stars if sure! Overall stay was 3 stars!

We stayed for a spontaneous trip to Lake Tahoe with my family. Everything was great although finding a place in the hotel to eat late was difficult, we ended up using DoorDash which was fine. Room was clean, swimming pool was a little messy, but overall we had a great last minute trip.

It's Harrah's a classic. Most the rooms have 2 full bathrooms which is nice. Fridays station was good. Pricey but great view. Always a fun stop.
