I wanted to love our stay here, but unfortunately, the Arizona Grand Resort fell incredibly short of expectations.
The Food: Mediocre at best. Room service was expensive and they didn’t even get the drinks right, For a resort of this tier, we expected much higher quality, but the dining options were underwhelming and definitely didn't match the price point.

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. "We found much of the staff to be somewhat standoffish during our stay. The young man working at the watch bar was really the only employee who consistently engaged with us and made us feel welcomed.
