"To access the hotel lobby and check in you have to enter a door that has a room key lock so you have to hope someone is there to let you in (there looked to be an intercom too but I was to unsure if I was in the right place to think to use it). There is no signage that I saw that explained how to access the lobby on the entry door to let you know you're heading in the right direction ie... take elevator to 2nd floor to sign in. I know I'm not the only confused person as I had to help several people during my stay on how to get from the garage to the hotel. The elevator area in the garage is cinderblocks and dimly lit and gives off a "I've seen this movie before and it didn't end well" kind of vibe, to enjoy the privilege of parking there you have to pay an extra 38$ a night! As far as the hotel, The staff was excellent and friendly, the room was as described and clean"
