While we were sleeping sometime after midnight, loud music playing right outside of our room woke us up, along with cigarette smell. A men was standing right outside blasting music on his phone and smoking. We asked him if he can stop his music, which he denied he was playing. "Only thing lacking in La Porte near the Blue Heron was EV chargers. Had a wonderful event at the Civic Center and will look forward to a stay during warm weather."

"While, the lodge is charming, our room was freezing. We had the fireplace and heat as high as it would go. the room never got above 60. There was no blanket on our bed and no blankets were available in our room. The desk was unmanned after 11 and phone messages were unanswered. Hopefully, this issue has been corrected. "
