"If you’re looking for a place to sleep close to Holiday World, this is the place to stay. If you’re looking for a fancy spot to rest, this isn’t it. We thought the lobby was cute with all the Christmas themed items. The employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was solid, better than most hotel breakfast. It is definitely an older place that could use some updates. It does have a lodge/log cabin feel but I think a refreshing could help. It looks like someone is building new apartments/hotel nearby so maybe competition will help drive up the improvements. If we need 1 night to stay in the future, we would consider. But if it was a multi-day stay, we would likely look elsewhere."

"Honestly was surprised with how little I paid, I got such a nice stay for a simple business trip. Staff was helpful, rooms were kept nice. Now, the bed was the only thing that I wasn’t a fan of, a bit stiff for my liking, overall 4.6/5 for me. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"At check in lady running the desk wad friendly and helpful on my room request. Room was clean. Good shower pressure and hot water. Good size desk. Lamp w/2 110v outlets. Nightstand between beds have outlets and USB ports. 32" TV w/good selection of channels (didn't count how many. They had a printed guide on the desk). WiFi is a ripping 179 dwn/182 up. Breakfast was very good. Brewed coffee For hot there was sausage links, mini egg cheese omelet. scrambled eggs (bag boil but not watery), potato home fries, good biscuits, and a good milk gravy. All the rest standard items; waffle station, cereals, fresh fruits. Lady running breakfast kept coffee urns full, food stocked and spray/wiped down tables after guests left. Plenty of parking"
