"I liked the location for a quick walk to the Murat for a concert. Having a fridge in the room was great for storing food overnight. When I was able to get ahold of the staff, they were helpful, however, I called the front desk 5 or 6 times and only got an answer once. Before I say anything else though, it seems like a staffing issue. Every time I talked to anyone in person, they were super helpful. The AC unit in the room wasn’t working so I was trying to either get it fixed or switch my room....

"We used this hotel because it was right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where the Fever were playing. It was very convenient. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel and the food and drinks were good. Loved the waiter and the bartender. The room was clean. The breakfast wasn't great (cold French toast), but it was free so can't complain too much. The parking was very expensive (over $50.00 for one night), but it, too, was very convenient and probably parking anywhere downtown...

"Bathroom door had noisy hinges and would not close. Air conditioner was extremely noisy when compressor kicked on or off."
