"Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case due to it being late and only 2 of us, but essentially Expedia reservation type was not honored by the staff. No credit card or DL needed at check in so it was fast. Didn't see an elevator, so used...

"It was very different checking in a kiosk. The definite value for the price was awesome in our ballpark that we needed, and it had a comfortable bed for us to rest our heads in our Travel cross country for a quick nap and refreshing shower."

The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show."
