"We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very family friendly! Breakfast is very good! There are a lot of breakfast items to choose from! The gym is a plus, it’s 24 hours! It also has a sky bridge which is connected to the Convention Center and that is why we chose this hotel overall! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!"

"Hotel is very run down. Sofa bed had a decretive sham that was torn... they repaired it buy a using a regular paper stapler ..staples came undone when pulling out bed and putting it back in. Outlets buy the king bed didnt work. Fire detector was coming off the wall. Closet door kept opening wouldnt stay shut. Over all. I will try to find another hotel in area hotel just not worth the high end price they want to charge ."

"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel several times a year and I’m shocked at just how bad this hotel is. I had several issues with poor customer service ranging from parking/valet issues, inaccurately advertised services and prices , housekeeping problems etc and every time I brought up issues to the staff they got super defensive and played the blame game instead of trying to resolve issues. Please do yourself a big favor and DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good but was the exact same options everyday of our stay. You are able to navigate from Hotel to the Convention center without ever going outside which in the heat or adverse weather is a HUGE plus."

"This is a older hotel that would benefit from a refurbishment. We did have an issue with housekeeping making sure the beds were made properly and our sink was clogged. Parking was a dream however and practically made up for the other inconveniences. This hotel is a few blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse (where The Fever play)."

"I arrived to check in after I booked a specific room, I was told that I had been upgraded and was not going to be staying in the style of room I booked. The room that I had booked was not available. It’s not an upgrade if I don’t want it. I asked to speak to the hotel manager, after speaking with the manager I was informed they only had a king version of the room I booked instead of the two double beds. I agreed to take that room and then was asked to step back while a discussion was carried out...
