"We had a handicapped-accessible room. Our findings may not much those in more traditional rooms. The room was clean and appeared well taken care of. However, the bathroom was significantly less than ideal. There was no way to keep water from the shower from getting all over the (rather large) bathroom. There were no cabinets or shelves to put toiletries on or in (including in the shower space as well---there was no place to lodge one's soap!). This is small potatoes, but the light switches in the bathroom were reversed. The left switch lit the right half of the room and the right switch let the left half of the room. All in all, the bathroom was functional but not in any way above and beyond the most basic expectations. And finally, the only chair in the main room, was a desk chair; there was no more comfortable place to sit down in the room, unless you want to count the bed itself. A passable (and relatively inexpensive stay), but nothing to write home about."

"They advertise Norwood Inn has a Continental Breakfast. Staff said "we have no breakfast. First night I asked desk manager for another Barh Towel, told check back in morning after 8 am, "laundry room closed". room came with 1 towel for 2 people. After 2 nights I asked is somebody going to clean our room and replace our poor excuse for linens, told by desk manager, "it's only upon request". Bottom line they should be charging for the rooms by the hour due to activities witnessed, non stop. I would not want my young family members around these types of events. Smell of marijuana in halls and elevator every day we were there."

"Overall we had a really good stay outside of the hotel was a little sketchy however the inside was very nice and accommodating staff was really great and work out room was really nice. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning but the staff was excellent at assisting and trying to rectify any issues we had. Overall it was a great stay!"
