"This is an ok place to stay at and experience Indio. For the price it's not that bad and breakfast is included so long as you get there before 9:00. We had an issue and they handled it."

"I’ve never had any problem on my feet but in the last day of my stay i noticed a small weird dry patch on my toe & turns out i got a fungal infection on my toe not sure if it was from the shower or the pool.."

"We stayed two days during Memorial Day weekend and it was very busy with lots of families and the hotel staff was wonderful and the property was very clean. Our rooms were very roomy and comfortable with a nice kitchen and eating area. There was also lots of parking. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when I’m in the area again. Five stars!!!"

"This hotel had the handicap individual in mind. The room was spacious! The bed was comfortable and easy to transition to from a wheelchair. The bathroom was one of the best we’ve visited. High marks all the way around. Beautiful location and well maintained."

"I have stayed here numerous times, so I have been familiar with the property. I will say this is the first time I was extremely disappointed. Is it out dated? Yes/no (depends where you end up staying). This has not stopped me from booking through out the years. Does the value out weigh the negatives? Some what. This recent trip was just terrible. The only reason I would come back again is because the staff did try to make it better. I was disappointed to see there was HAIR around the bathroom...

"I truly felt the that the picture on line was as better than the property. The hotel interior was as clean , modernized and pretty. Our room was truly a long way from the hotel lobby and very hard to walk with bunch of luggage’s. Thank god there wer emergency stairs next to our room accessible to hotel. My general review of the pools was that it was not very clean. Maybe bc it’s a family hotel and many kids but don’t look very clean for us to go inside of it. We appreciated the pool activities...
