"Before I begin, I’d like to say the hotel staff was AMAZING. They were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to assist us during our stay.
Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself did not match the level of service. The property is in serious need of a remodel—or at the very least, a fresh coat of paint. There were paint chips everywhere, which made the space feel poorly maintained.
Our room was extremely humid, and the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. Cleanliness was also a concern. The floors clearly had not been vacuumed—we found Chex Mix and other food items on the floor, and overall, the floors were quite dirty.
On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, which we appreciated. However, the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, with a thin mattress that made it difficult to sleep.
Due to the overall condition of the hotel, we will not be staying here again."
