"The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get."

"Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded."

"The room was very clean. The staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. The only downside is the bar does not open daily until 5:00 and it's closed Sunday...overall it was a great experience."

"Parking was convenient, check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Just wish they had coffee available in the lobby all the time and wish the restaurant/bar opened before 5. Beds/rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful about accommodating our requests (our friends' too)."

"There was absolutely no staff working the front desk. Check-in was via a kiosk computer screen and the person was difficult to understand; however, she was very nice. There were hairs in the shower and NO hot water when showering. The batteries for the tv remote were dead and since there wasn’t anyone working at the front desk, I had to go buy some replacement ones. Also, it was not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. Finally, believe it or not, but the housekeeping personnel the next...

"breakfast was good and I enjoyed the pancake maker.The room was clean. Parking was fine. The only down side was no elevator. Also the staff was very helpful especially Emma. I was in town for my daughters Navy Boot Camp graduation. She was very informative. There was a shuttle to pick up to take you to get tickets the night before at no additional cost. Also a shuttle in the morning to take you to graduation."
