"There is NO complimentary shampoo/ conditioner. AND their phone doesn't even work, for room svc or questions: go down to the office. They do not mop their vinyl floors. As soon as I took off my shoes and laid my bare feet in the room, I can feel how gross it was. First thing I did was immediately grabbed one of their towels, wet it, and wiped the entire floor and told my entire party to go wash their feet. Yes, the floor was truly black and stained. Disgusting. This hotel probally never ever...
