"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

"$10/day parking is ridiculous in Poughkeepsie. Coffee maker in the room had coffee pod left in from previous guest. Conditioner in shower empty or pump didn't work. Part of bed backboard disconnected from main part. Balcony filthy with cobwebs dead leaves and bugs, probably not cleaned in months. I wouldn't have minded if this waa $100/night but a Wednesday and Thursday was $650 because of Marist graduation. If youre going to charge top dollar rooms should reflect that."

"Not a bad motel if you can get a room at a decent price. Room was fairly spacious and clean. Bathroom is a bit small but the room makes up for it. I particularly liked that housekeeping respected your privacy sign if you didn't want or need them for anything. Front desk was very friendly and easy to check in/out. "I've stayed here several times, but haven't been here in about a year. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as well as some things in need of repair. Breakfast was okay. There was an issue with someone leaving their dog unattended for a number of hours. The poor dog was scratching at the door of the room, making a lot of noise. I tried to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I don't mind pet friendly hotels. I have a dog. It was frustrating that no one could be reached."
