"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was lovely, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment, which was such a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our stay. "We had an amazing stay with our 2 children. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms, and this was perfect - lots of space and storage. We loved the kids pool area and waterslide, as well as the large outdoor pool which was amazing on a sunny day. The food was really good and varied, our kids also loved it. Great location and lovely staff. We will definitely be back!"

"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff.
